We had the opportunity to stay at the Denver Gran Hyatt this week-end for a night away. We had a great time together, however the hotel didn’t live up to our expectations.
The hotel was clean and the staff was polite and courteous however it didn’t live up to what we had expected for a Hyatt.
For a hotel in this class we would have expected more. The items that we were very disappointed in were the following:
- The hotel parking was not complimentary for guest ($26 a night was charged)
- Internet Access was not provided ($10 a night was charged)
- Breakfast accommodations were lacking compared to other hotels that we have stayed at in this class - there was a breakfast buffet, however a $15.99 price tag and $3.50 for a cup of coffee was a bit pricey
